Shipping and Delivery FAQs

1. How do we calculate the shipping cost for customer?

-If you choose China warehouse, your shipping cost is the freight from Shenzhen to your address, mainly includes fuel costs.

-If you choose EU warehouse, then your shipping cost includes the freight we transit the goods from Shenzhen to EU warehouse and the freight from EU warehouse to your address.

2.Why is the shipping cost more expensive than before?

-Due to the impact of the epidemic, more workers get infected and the flight's storage space is limited, thus a lot of goods are piled up in the transit warehouse. In that way the storage fees, warehouse fees, and various additional fees have gradually increased. And these fees are included in the shipping cost.
-Rising freight is a trend affected by the current epidemic, and the changes is unstable, we will update the calculation method in our shop according to the latest freight standard from time to time.

3. Can European customer choose the China warehouse for shipment?

-Yes, If you choose shipping from China warehouse to European countries, please noted that you will be responsible for handling customs clearance and paying custom duty fee.

 

Price FAQs

1. Price term: EXW

1.1 Transportation costs
The buyer is responsible for the whole shipment from door to door. All costs and liabilities are with the buyer.

1.2 Risk
1.2.1 The buyer has a designated freight carrier
The buyer will bear all risk from collecting the cargo from seller’s factory all the way up to getting the goods delivered
1.2.2 The buyer does not have a designated freight carrier

The seller collects freight and helps the buyer choose a freight carrier to transport the goods.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, the seller can assist the customer in making a claim, but the seller shall not be liable for compensation.
PS: If the goods are damaged during transportation due to packing problems of the seller, the seller shall be responsible for returning or replacing the goods.

2. Price term: FOB Shenzhen

1.1 Transportation costs
The seller bears the freight from the factory to the port of Shenzhen, and the buyer bears the cost from the port of departure to the destination.
1.2 Risk
1.2.1 The buyer has a designated freight carrier
Seller is responsible for the delivery of the products to buyers designated freight carrier.
1.2.2 The buyer does not have a designated freight carrier

The seller collects freight and helps the buyer choose a freight carrier to transport the goods.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, the seller can assist the customer in making a claim, but the seller shall not be liable for compensation.
PS: If the goods are damaged during transportation due to packing problems of the seller, the seller shall be responsible for returning or replacing the goods.


Warranty FAQs

1. Warranty

a) Two-year for Reman parts – LCD displays, stepper motors. ribbon cables. sensors.
b) 18-month for ODM parts – ECUs
c) One-month for IC chips.
d) Two-year for Turbo actuators, repair kits.
If product defect occurs within warranty time since the shipping date, the seller will be responsible for replacement.
The seller would absorb all the freight charges incurred by the return and replace shipment.

2. Warranty Restrictions and Disclaimers:

Warranty service is applicable product quality issues only, one of the following occurs is not eligible for warranty claim,
a) The buyer ordered the wrong products
b) The buyer provided incorrect product information
c) After the OQC report has been confirmed, it is found that the product does not match
d) Damage caused by all human factors
In the case that the product has no quality problems, if the buyer wants to cancel the order or return the product, it will need to pay an additional 30% of the purchase price
And the buyer will need to take charge of replace shipping cost.

 

Packing FAQs

1. Standard Packaging- Neutral Carton

The seller will package and ship the products in accordance with the standard packaging requirements if the buyer has no specific requirements.
The seller bears the packaging cost.

2. Special Packaging- Customized Carton/ Wooden Box or Wooden Frame

The buyer shall bear the packaging costs other than standard packaging, such as special customized cartons or additional wooden cases, wooden frames, etc.

 

Quality control

1. Conventional Outgoing Quality Control

If the product is produced by the seller, the seller will send an OQC report according to the conventional standards

2. Special Outgoing Quality Control

If the seller acts as a purchasing agent to purchase products for the buyer, the buyer needs to provide detailed product information, receiving standards, and inspection plan.
The seller will send an OQC report to the buyer for confirmation before shipment
