SA1480 - UAD electronic turbo actuator testing tool

UAD tester belongs to precision electronic equipment, and its main function is to detect and calibrate electric actuators. The device uses an external 24V power supply, and the device provides open source power and an emergency reset button.

Actuators can be tested for the following components and performance using the UAD tester:
1.Motor: Whether the motor can work normally
2.Sensor chip: Whether the built-in position/angle sensor of the actuator is working properly
3. Gear train: Whether the gear train is properly matched and whether there is a stuck or missing tooth
4.Actuator performance: whether the stability of the output signal and the followability of the actuator action are good

The UAD tester is embedded with a high-resolution touch screen, and users canselect and trigger usage instructions through the touch screen. The tester has a built-in MCU chip. In order to facilitate post-maintenance, the MCU chip uses a plug-in structure.
